Support Groups
It is hard to estimate the importance of support groups in fighting ME/CFS. We are not as alone with our affliction as it often seems. We need not struggle by ourselves to cope with the symptoms of ME/CFS. There are those who are ready to help us, as we help them, through sharing, caring and oft times touching our very soul.
